Jerneh is flushed with cash following its sales of its 80% equity in Jerneh Insurance Berhad for RM523.2 million cash to ACE INA International Holdings. The share price of Redtone International Berhad has edged up the last few days after The Edge weekly reported the company’s China operation is profitable and growing. The China operation is parked under US OTCBB listed Hotgate Technology Inc (HTGT) under a restructuring exercise last year which saw Redtone injecting its China operation into Hotgate. Its warrant REDTONE-WA has also broke above 10 sen after a long consolidation following such news.
